Presentation Upload
Presentations can not be uploaded over the internet and must be loaded prior to your talk.
Instructions for loading your talk prior to your session:
- A PC computer will be set up in the Presentation Room (Palo Verde) onto which you should download your talk prior to your session.
- A series of folders corresponding to each scientific session will be set up on the desktop of this computer. Please save your talk in the appropriate session folder (e.g., Behavior, Breeding Biology) and title it to include your last name, the time, the day, and the room of your talk (Jones_1015_FriSalonA, or Smith_1620_SatSalonD).
- Please be careful to place your talk in the appropriate folder as only these folders will be moved to your session computer.
- No Macs will be available.
- It will not be possible to use your own computer for your presentation.
- Bring a copy of your talk to your session on a USB drive in the event that there are any problems associated with the media transfer.
- All files should be saved as Microsoft Power Point 2003.
- Deadlines for placing the files on the computer are:
07:15 Friday for Friday morning presenters
12:00 Friday for Friday afternoon presenters
07:15 Saturday for Saturday morning presenters
12:00 Saturday for Saturday afternoon presenters
