All conference activities, including symposia, workshops, paper and poster sessions, council and business meetings, student events, social events, the opening reception and closing banquet, will take place at the YMCA of the Rockies outside of Estes Park, Colorado (ymcarockies.org). The YMCA of the Rockies campus covers 860 acres and is bordered on three sides by Rocky Mountain National Park. The “Y” is the ideal meeting location for wildlife, nature, and outdoor enthusiasts and those who enjoy iconic mountain vistas. AOU/COS/SCO conference goers will be staying in six lodge buildings, each housing both sleeping rooms and meeting rooms, situated within walking distance to conference and dining facilities located in the heart of campus. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, buffet style, are included with the lodging price. Parking is complimentary with parking spaces adjacent to the lodge buildings. Don’t be surprised if you see many of the local elk strolling through the campus!
