Members are encouraged to register early for the meeting using the online system.
Early registration will be accepted through mid-July 2014 (early registrations made online or postmarked on or before 15 July 2014 will be $350 for regular professional registrations, $200 for students, and $40 for spouse/guest).
On 16 July, the standard registration fee will be $400 (regular), $250 (students), and $50 (spouse/guest).
Late registrations will be accepted after 1 September 2014; late and on-site registrations will be $500 (regular), $300 (students) and $60 (spouses).
One-day registration will be available for $100.
Spouse rate provides admission to receptions, plenary talks, and following coffee breaks. Spouses must register under the spouse rate to be eligible for the conference rate on lodging and meal plans.
Early registration is highly recommended, not only for the financial benefits and to assist in conference planning, but because space is limited for some events.
A user name and password will appear at the bottom of your confirmation email that will allow you to add extracurricular events to your registration as well as manage your information and your letters, receipts and confirmations.
