Substitutions or Cancellations

We understand that occasionally other responsibilities or personal obligations prevent you from attending a meeting for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on-site at the conference. If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee minus a $50 processing fee if you provide notice within 30 days of the first day of the meeting (Friday, 22 August 2014). Cancellations/Program Withdrawals
