An exhibit area will be set up with easy access for all participants at the meeting. Commercial and non-profit exhibitors are encouraged to participate.
Opportunities are available for sponsorship of various breaks, receptions, and other functions throughout the meeting; please contact the Exhibits/Sponsorship Coordinator at the conference management office at 254.776.3550 or helens@sgmeet.com if you would like more information.
AOU 2009 will offer other opportunities for exhibitors and other vendors. We are seeking donations for prizes for the student quiz bowl, auction items for student travel award funding, and student presentation award prizes.

Please note that the shipping company must bring all items to the 3 rd floor. There is a small elevator available. Large pallets will not fit. At the end of the conference any materials needing to be shipped back must be secured in the proper packaging with a shipping label on each item. Please note that we do not having shipping supplies on hand, but they can be purchased from one of the stores below. All items to be shipped should be brought to the main lobby of Houston Hall.
A pick up must be scheduled by the shipment owner for the last day of the conference. Any items not picked up that day will be disposed of.
